We are building on our 25 years of experience training, mentoring, and inspiring young scholars at our annual research conference to include a Career Development Workshop tailored for graduate students, postdocs, and an opportunity for faculty to receive ongoing guidance on grantsmanship through Grant Writing Coaching Groups.
This year over 600 people participated in the culminating event of the Summer Research program is the LANS Research Conference, where ongoing professional development, mentoring and networking occurs among the Alliance family of undergraduates, graduate students, our doctoral scholars, faculty, and administrators.
